Crazy busy month

Joshua's first trip to the ice cream place. Some how I think he will be back every time we visit, as long as they are open. It's Daddy's favorite place!
After many attempts we finally got a smile. Not the best one but the only one caught on camera!
Long Sands Beach, York, ME
We are still waiting to see if he is going to keep these big blueberry eyes or if they will change.
Go SOX!!!! Making Darragh and Uncle Jason proud!!!
I have been terrible about updating this during our stay in New Hampshire. It's hard to believe we have been here almost a month. The time has gone by so fast. And Joshua has changed so much. We have enjoyed all the beautiful weather and spending time outside. We were lucky enough to spend some time visiting lots of friends. Joshua has even seen the sites of Long Sands Beach and Nubble Light. He even surived Tropical Storm Irene and 24 hours with no power. We will be packing up to head home the end of the week (hoping that the Labor Day traffic isn't too crazy). Thank you for everyone who took time out of their schedule to visit us. Here are a few pictures from the past month. And one more of one of Joshua's happy smiles. Happy 7 weeks Joshua! And not too much longer before Daddy comes home - Yay!
Watching the Sox with my favorite Uncle :-)
***So since I started this post, my little friend has decided to master the art of crib gymnastics. He had a hard time at first sleeping in any crib/playpen etc. But he loved sleeping on the boppy pillow or in the swing. So we put the boppy in the crib and magic....he slept. Well last night we put him in like usual and when he chose to wake up at 12:45 to eat his had wiggled himself off the boppy (which was the boppy lounger with no opening, I am impressed!!!) and all the way to the corner of the crib where he was laying with his feet up the side of the crib. Crazy baby! I thought it was a fluke and I tried him again, made sure he was in a good spot on the boppy and off to bed I went. Round two of middle of the night feedings found Joshua Thomas in the same spot, wriggled all the down again. So needless to say the boppy sleeping adventure has come to an end. With all that moving and grooving I guess we can figure out why he is so hungry all the time. I can only imagine what he next trick will be!
