Busy 2nd Week for Joshua

Joshua had his first trip to Dairy Queen. And we had to share with Reese when we got back. Reese is a big fan of the Blizzard! Joshua also went to Cracker Barrel for a big breakfast with the family too. Other than that it was a quick visit to work so the ladies could see him.

Jason came in and spent a long weekend with us. Joshua was super good and hardly cried in the middle of the night and didn't keep the whole house up.

He even brought his very first Red Sox outfit for Joshua to wear. He has to get a little bigger first. Hopefully his check up on Wednesday will bring us good news. He is definitely getting longer. The outfit he wore home from the hospital now looks like capri pants on him. Guess we will be retiring that one.

Reese continues to like hanging out on Grammie's bed. She was sure to bring her two bones last night and a baby just in case she needed the company.

I don't know who was sadder to see Jason leave, us or Reese. They are buddies. Reese was so excited to have someone to play rough with. She even made sure to share her bone with both Jason and Joshua.

Hard to believe two weeks have gone by already. It will be a sad week this week when we have to say goodbye to Brandon on Thursday. Hope to be heading northbound soon to visit people at home. It will be a good distraction and we hope that the 6 weeks or so pass by quickly. We knew Brandon had to go back, but it doesn't make it any easier. Grammie is going to watch Joshua for us so we can have dinner out before he goes. Happy 2 weeks Joshua. Hope we get a good report at the doctor this week. We love you!
