We had our 2 week check up today and Joshua passed! He doesn't have to go back until his 2 month appointment. He was up to 7 lbs 13 oz....YAY! We like that. And the nurse practitioner said she was very happy with all that she saw. And she told Brandon and I that we seemed to have it together. Hah!! Don't know about that but we will take it. Mom has been in the middle of a big cookie making project this week and Joshua is the supervisor. He made sure everything passed quality control to his standards.

It was a rough day in the cookie making kitchen....time for a power nap.

We have to get through tomorrow and it won't be easy. Brandon flies out to Bahrain tomorrow for about six weeks. We will miss him so much, but we just have to keep thinking about the fact that we were so lucky he got to come home at all. We hope that coming home to New England will help the time pass by quickly and Brandon will be home in no time. There will be plenty of emails and pics sent to Daddy to keep him in the loop. Safe travels Brandon, we will miss you!
