The "Smith Gym" has arrived

Well, after much discussion and contemplation (mostly on my part because I always have to worry about money!!!) we went last night to buy some gym equipment. I had found an elliptical machine that I liked so we went to Sears last night to look at them. I fully intended to buy the elliptical. After trying it out I was a little concerned about how it would hold up. So we looked at the next model up. It seemed a lot more sturdy. While looking at that, Brandon sprung on me that he really wanted a bike since he has been doing spinning classes at work. And didn't it make more sense to purchase them both at the same time and get the interest free financing??? I guess it did. We are now the proud owners of the two lovely pieces of equipment pictured below. Guess my car won't be going in the garage anymore. In addition to Brandon's "Man Town aka Craftsmen World" it now is home to the gym stuff. I tried out the elliptical tonight and I must say I am a big fan....and ridiculously out of shape! So resolution #1 to get healthier is in full swing. Course resolution #2 was to pay off my debt....ummmm....not so sure we are doing well on that one! I guess I can justify it by saying we spent a lot of money on a gym membership before and didn't use it enough. It's a lot harder to find an excuse when the equipment is right at your house.
